We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both OR and endoscopy procedures. You will play a critical role in providing comprehensive nursing care, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and comfort during surgical interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and organization of the operating room for procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff to provide optimal patient care.
• Monitor patient vitals and ensure adherence to safety protocols during procedures.
• Provide support during endoscopic procedures, including equipment setup and patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about procedures and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license in Qatar or eligibility for licensing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operating room setting, with specific experience in endoscopy.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
