Core Purpose of the Job:

To Prepare, coordinate, and assist in all day-to-day operational talent management activities including Assessment and Development Centers, and other assigned projects by timely and accurately preparation and maintenance of information, data, presentations etc. to ensure successful completion of projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Psychology or any related discipline.
• 2 years of experience in in a role relevant to Talent Management.
• Fluent in English Language (verbal & written communication)
